Position Descriptions
Instructors (ADC)
Hours: 35/week, Mon–Fri. Support adults with disabilities in becoming more independent by providing instruction in computers, communication, basic education, self-advocacy and vocational skills.
Instructors (HAB)
Hours: 37.5/week, Mon–Fri. Support adults with disabilities by providing supervision and training of consumers involved in a center-based work environment.
Personal Development Coach
Hours: 30–35/week, Mon–Fri. Responsible for teaching adults with developmental disabilities in community-based and site-based environments.
Self-Help Aide
Hours: 25/week, Mon–Fri. Provide personal care assistance to consumers in a way that ensures proper hygiene and safety while ensuring the dignity of the individual.
In-Home Respite Caregiver
Hours: 8–20/week, Mon–Sat. Salary: $17.50–$18.50/hour. Provide respite services and quality care to families and consumers in their homes.
Program Coordinator Positions
As positions become available, UCP hires Coordinators for: In-Home Respite, Adult Development (ADC), Habilitation, and Networks programs.
